The hair is a group gift prominently displayed in Burning Chrome store. You get pink, green, & blonde hair in the pack. The hair isn't released in store for sale, so if you want it you have to join the group and get the gift. Burning Chrome has weekly group gifts along with two lucky chairs in store.
