    I only did the first 102 of the Go Fly A Kite hunt. I really planned on skipping this one (because I'm sick), but since I had a couple of request for help here's my tips: Do not do this hunt with people around (especially chatty ones). Do not wear any huds (mysti for example) that add to chatter in your general chat window. Instead of placing the landmark to the next location inside the prize folder the slurl to the next location will be dispersed via open chat. Anytime you want to take a break from the hunt tp to the next location and make a landmark. Yes, this means you'll have to keep your general chat window open the entire hunt or open it and close it each and every (238) time you touch a kite. I found the kites relatively easy to find and I'd highly recommend joining the associated group and only asking if you really need help, because they do tend to be very blunt if they feel you are asking too frequently.
