He is the first one to approve jean shorts. High waisted shorts take a little longer to get He's approval. Just make sure that when you wear shorts, they aren't high waisted short shorts. You might just end up on Fashion by He looking like the girl above. It is really scary what people will wear out in public, but He still loves every second of it.-He
