Get a workout while you walk...Brillant?

    BulSh*t. He is really sick and tired of these companies coming out and trying to convince fat people that if they buy their shoes or sandals and just walk they will instantly be in better shape. Let's cut the sh*t, yes walking is good for you, maybe these things help a little, but they are not game changers. Get out and walk if you want to be in better shape, buying these shoes aren't gonna be the end all be all, try putting down the fork.
